Alpha V1.0.1.1 - Level 2 Fix and Medal Changes/Info

Level 2 had a block removed to prevent getting stuck.

Platinum medal times updated.

Medal times overall fixed (1ms more strict on gold-bronze and 9ms less strict for platinums*, to line up with the centisecond display better).

*Platinums got stricter overall this update though from me playing the levels more and getting better times. Run the game via command prompt and it will give you medal times in this format when you finish a level: [[Plat Normal, Gold Normal, Silver Normal, Bronze Normal], [Plat Reverse, Gold Reverse, Silver Reverse, Bronze Reverse]]. I plan on adding some form of telling you the times in-game later though.
